Due to the cost of AI generation, we do not offer refunds once credits have been used.
Each analysis, full rewrite, and cover letter is generated by paid third-party AI providers. The cost is incurred by ResumePulse the moment a credit is consumed and cannot be reversed. As a result, any credit that has already been used — successfully or not, in part or in full — is non-refundable.
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. You will continue to have Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Email support@resumepulse.app within 14 days of the charge. Please include the email on your account, the order ID from your Lemon Squeezy receipt, and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 3 business days.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster through support.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
